Openings, addresses and phone numbers come from Koto City's 令和8年10月入所募集人員一覧表 (figures as of 24 August 2026). All 213 licensed facilities are included and every row's age columns reconcile against its printed total.
Cut-off scores come from Koto's 令和8年4月保育園入所指数ボーダー表 — the lowest index that secured a place in the April first round. Koto publishes four years of these; this uses the most recent. Matched to 192 of the 213 facilities by exact name.
Cut-offs are last year's, not a prediction. They move with how many places open and how many families apply. Treat them as the ward does: a reference, not a guarantee.
Distances are approximate. Your postcode and each nursery sit at the centre of their town (町丁目), so a figure is good to roughly half a kilometre. The exact address is on each nursery's page.
